Miss Linda, Toddler Teacher

Miss Linda joined the Carriage House family as an employee in 2011. Though her older son was enrolled many years prior. To her, Carriage House is like family.

She is blessed to have six wonderful children, Joshua, Brandon, Michael, Wesley, Savannah and Eli and one granddaughter, Mae Victoria. Her youngest children are currently enrolled at Carriage House.

She is a graduate of Maloney High School and is currently a student at Higher Learning College of Theology. She also attended Connecticut Culinary Institute for pastry and baking chef.

Miss Linda enjoys time with her children and granddaughter. She also enjoys working as a youth Sunday school teacher, watching old TV shows, like I Love Lucy and The Andy Griffith Show. She loves having quiet time to pray and of course bake.

She loves getting to see the Carriage House children on a daily basis and being able to chat with all the parents.

Miss Viviana, Toddler Teacher

Miss Viviana has been employed at Carriage House since September 2015.

She received her high school diploma from Platt High School.

During her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies, writing poetry, bowling and singing. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Her favorite time at the center is during the summer when the school age children are off from school and get to reunite with their old friends. It is nice to see them growing up.

Miss Sharon, Toddler Teacher

Miss Sharon began employment at Carriage House in October 2017.

She comes from a large family and has five siblings. She currently resides with one of her sisters.

She is a graduate of Platt High School and also completed a childcare education program through Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.

She is the head coach of gymnastics classes and team programs at the Girls, Inc. in Meriden.

In her spare time, she enjoys genealogy.

Her favorite times at Carriage House are playing with the children outdoors and providing art experiences for them.

Miss Mel, Toddler Teacher

Miss Mel joined Carriage House in 2016 and has worked with a variety of age groups.

She is the oldest of three with one brother and one sister.

Miss Mel has completed a number of college courses at Middlesex Community College and is hoping to return to complete her degree in child development.

During her spare time she enjoys time with family.

Her favorite Carriage House moments are those involving the children laughing and smiling.
